Orca-Flashforge 1.6.2 is a dedicated 3-D slicer developed by Flashforge to prepare digital models for fused-filament printing on the company’s own machines. Built on four successive public releases, the program imports STL, OBJ and 3MF geometry, automatically repairs meshes, generates support structures, and exports G-code tuned for Flashforge printers such as the Adventurer, Creator and Guider series. Inside the same interface users can switch between adaptive, uniform and tree-style supports, vary layer height between 0.05 and 0.4 mm, set wall counts, infill percentage and pattern, and assign independent speeds, temperatures and cooling rules for up to three extruders. A built-in material profile library covers common Flashforge filaments—PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, wood, metal-fill and carbon-fiber-reinforced grades—while an open-parameter panel lets experienced operators override every setting from jerk and acceleration to nozzle-wipe length. Real-time path preview highlights extrusion width, travel moves, seams and retractions so flaws can be corrected before the print begins; a cost estimator then reports filament weight, print time and energy consumption. Batch processing is supported: dozens of models can be laid out on the virtual build plate, individually rotated and sliced in one queue, after which the software exports a single continuous print file or separate jobs for each plate. Orca-Flashforge is available free of charge on get.nero.com; downloads are delivered through trusted Windows package channels such as winget, always providing the latest build and enabling batch installation alongside other applications.
